THANE SCHULTZ

Thane has been practicing law since 2003. He began his experience working for a family law firm and gained invaluable experience handling and litigating all aspects of family law including dissolutions, property division, child custody, and support. After specializing in family law Thane joined a civil litigation firm and broadened his litigation skills in general civil litigation including construction defect, insurance defense, contract and real estate litigation, and medical malpractice. Thane also continued practicing family law. Thane took a short break from the practice of law to run the family business in Australia and gained further valuable experience in the areas of property management and development, as well as business and industrial management.
Thane is a graduate of the Santa Clara University School of Law, and received a Bachelor’s in English Literature with a Philosophy Minor from the University of San Francisco. An avid surfer, Thane serves on the board of directors of the Marin Chapter of the Surfrider Foundation. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his two children.
